Instructions
Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes to make hard-boiled eggs. Once done, transfer them to cold water and peel the shells.
💡 Tip: Placing the boiled eggs in cold water makes them easier to peel.
About 10 min

Put the boiled eggs in a bowl and mash them roughly with a fork. Add mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper, and whole grain mustard, and mix well.
💡 Tip: Feel free to adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking. Adding a little milk makes it fluffier.
About 5 min

Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of a slice of bread, then evenly spread the egg filling on top. Place another slice of bread on top and gently press down.
💡 Tip: The bread can be used as is, or lightly toasted for added flavor.
About 3 min

Cut into your desired size and sprinkle with chopped parsley to finish. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
💡 Tip: For a nice presentation, use a sharp knife to cut cleanly for a beautiful cross-section.
