Dante Company
Editorial Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This policy explains how Dante Company creates and maintains Cookish content and where AI supports the process.
AI-assisted content
AI may assist with recipe drafts, structure, translations, images, and metadata. Cookish remains responsible for the published result and does not present generated material as the independent work of a real person.
Cookish editorial personas
Profiles marked as Cookish editorial personas are fictional publishing identities operated by Cookish, not independent chefs or customers. Their locale and cooking perspective help organize the collection.
Translations
Translated recipes are labeled as automatic translations and link to the original language version. Culinary terms are validated automatically and reviewed through editorial sampling or when users report an issue.
Source research and originality
We may research publicly available culinary references to understand techniques and regional context. Cookish writes distinct recipes and does not copy protected text or images without permission.
Quality and safety review
Structured validation checks ingredients, steps, images, and translation completeness. Editors review samples, flagged items, and reports. Users should still consider allergies, food safety, and their own circumstances; not every recipe is kitchen-tested.
Corrections and removal
We investigate reports about accuracy, safety, attribution, privacy, and rights. Depending on the findings, we may revise, relabel, restrict, or remove content and improve the underlying workflow.
