
Vegetable Biryani
This vegetable biryani can be easily made at home, featuring a wonderful combination of vegetables and spices. This recipe is of medium difficulty and takes 45 minutes to prepare.

Instructions
Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
💡 Tip: Sauté the onions on medium-low heat to prevent the spices from burning.

Add tomato, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, and cook until the tomato softens. Then add yogurt, mix well, and cook for 3 minutes.
💡 Tip: Whisk the yogurt before adding to prevent lumps in the biryani.

Add the vegetables and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the soaked rice, gently mix, and add water to bring to a boil.
💡 Tip: Do not stir the vegetables too much with the rice to avoid breaking the rice.

Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked. Finally, add mint and coriander, gently mix, and turn off the heat.
