Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic and sauté until they turn golden.

Add the chopped tomatoes and green chili, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and cumin, and let the mixture cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
💡 Tip: You can cover the skillet to speed up the cooking of the tomatoes.
