Instructions
Rinse the fish and pass it through a meat grinder or blend it until smooth.
💡 Tip: If you don't have a meat grinder, you can finely chop it with a knife.

Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes, then squeeze it out and add it to the fish mixture along with the onion, egg, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
