
Buckwheat with Mushrooms

Rinse the buckwheat and pour in two cups of boiling water, add a pinch of salt. Cook on low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes until ready.
💡 Tip: Do not stir the buckwheat while cooking to prevent it from becoming mushy.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Clean and slice the mushrooms.

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the carrot and mushrooms. Fry, stirring, for about 10 minutes until golden.
