
Salmon Marinade
You can easily make salmon marinade with just salmon fillet and soy sauce.

Instructions
Cut the onion in half and julienne it.

Slice the salmon fillet into appropriate sizes like sashimi.
💡 Tip: Be sure to remove any brown bloodline as it can be fishy.

Slice 2-3 chili peppers.

Layer the prepared ingredients alternately in a container.
💡 Tip: Stack the ingredients with a suitable gap in between.

Mix soy sauce or tsuyu with water in a 1:1 ratio to make the sauce.

Add a little cooking sake or sake to the sauce, and include kombu for umami.
💡 Tip: Be careful not to leave the kombu in too long as it can make the flavor too strong.

Pour the completed sauce over the ingredients in the container and mix.
💡 Tip: Pour the sauce evenly so that the ingredients are submerged.

The leftover bloodline can be crisped in a frying pan with some cooking oil for a light snack.
