Instructions
Mash the tofu with the back of a knife or with your hands. Squeezing out a bit of moisture will enhance the flavor.
💡 Tip: Using a kitchen towel to remove moisture is even better!

In a pan, add the tuna, mashed tofu, chopped onion, chopped green onion, soybean paste, gochujang, and minced garlic, and sauté over low heat.
