
Super Easy 10-Minute Kimchi Fried Rice (feat. Frozen Rice)
Perfect for when you don't feel like cooking after work! With just frozen rice and kimchi, you can whip up this kimchi fried rice in 10 minutes. If you chop the kimchi in advance over the weekend, weekday dinners will be much easier!

Instructions
Heat the frozen rice in the microwave. (2 minutes)
💡 Tip: Using pre-cooked rice is also great!

Add cooking oil to the pan, then add chopped onion and spam, and stir-fry.
💡 Tip: Stir-fry until slightly golden over medium heat!

Add the kimchi and stir-fry, then add red pepper powder, soy sauce, and sugar to season.
💡 Tip: If the kimchi is too sour, add a little more sugar.

Add the warmed rice and stir-fry to let the seasoning soak in.
💡 Tip: Press the rice down with a spatula while stir-frying for extra flavor.

Add sesame oil and stir briefly, then turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.
